Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds are handled for reservations arranged through Worldz Train Travels. Because we are an independent agency, refunds are also subject to the rail carrier's own fare rules.

1. Carrier Fare Rules Apply

Every reservation is governed by the fare rules of the rail carrier. Some fares are fully refundable, some allow changes with a fee, and others are non-refundable. We will inform you of the fare type and its rules before you confirm your booking.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a change, cancellation or refund, contact us as early as possible at (888) 859-7280 or contact@worldztraintravels.store with your reservation details. The earlier you contact us, the more options may be available, as many penalties increase closer to the departure date.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds of the carrier portion are processed according to the carrier's timelines and are returned to the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing period, which may take several business days to several weeks depending on the carrier and your financial institution.

4. Service Fees

The service or convenience fee charged by Worldz Train Travels for booking and support is generally non-refundable, as it reflects the work performed to arrange your reservation. Any non-refundable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you confirm.

5. Non-Refundable Bookings

If you purchase a non-refundable fare, the carrier portion may not be eligible for a cash refund. In some cases the carrier may offer travel credit or a voucher instead of a refund; this is determined by the carrier's policy, not by us.

6. No-Shows and Missed Departures

Failure to board your train (a no-show) or missing the carrier's check-in or boarding deadline may result in the loss of the fare with no refund, in accordance with carrier rules. We encourage you to arrive early.

7. Disputes
