These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Worldz Train Travels website (worldztraintravels.store) and the booking and reservation services we provide. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Service

Worldz Train Travels is an independent travel agency and third-party booking service. We help travelers compare and arrange rail accommodations. We are not Amtrak and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amtrak, the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any government agency or official rail carrier. We do not own, operate or control any train, station or rail service.

2. Role as an Intermediary

When we arrange a reservation on your behalf, we act as an intermediary between you and the rail carrier. The transportation itself is provided by the carrier and is subject to the carrier's own terms, conditions, fare rules and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes or service quality of any carrier.

3. Fares, Fees and Payment

Fares are set by the rail carrier and may change until a reservation is confirmed. Worldz Train Travels may charge a separate service or convenience fee for booking and support, which we disclose to you before you confirm. The total amount you authorize includes the carrier fare and any applicable service fee. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

4. Reservations and Confirmation

A reservation is not guaranteed until it is confirmed and payment is processed. Accommodations such as Roomettes, Bedrooms, Private Rooms and Auto Train vehicle space are limited and subject to availability. You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information and for reviewing your confirmation details for accuracy.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the carrier's fare rules as well as our Refund Policy. Some fares are non-refundable or carry change penalties imposed by the carrier. Service fees charged by us may be non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

6. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

You are responsible for arriving at the station on time, complying with the carrier's check-in and boarding requirements (including Auto Train vehicle check-in deadlines), and carrying any required identification. We are not responsible for losses resulting from missed departures or failure to meet carrier requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worldz Train Travels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, or from any carrier's performance. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking shall not exceed the amount of the service fee we charged for that booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All carrier names, trademarks and logos referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which our business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
